My name is Aiman, I am 23 years old and I would like to share with you a piece of my life that defines me as a nanny with a special emphasis on empathy.

I was born in the cozy town of Aktau on the Caspian Sea in Kazakhstan and finished high school here. At the age of 17, I took a step into the unknown and flew abroad, more specifically to the Czech Republic. After my arrival in Prague, I devoted my first year to intensive Czech language courses. Then I enrolled at the Czech University of Life Sciences Prague (ČZU) in the field of "Business and Administration" and successfully achieved a Bachelor's degree.

In my family I am the eldest sister of four children, and at a young age I became a true protector of my siblings. Caring and consideration for others has become an integral part of my life. In my world, every moment spent with my children is imbued with love and warmth, and I strive to make children feel this atmosphere every day.

Empathy for me is not just a word, but a living principle. I feel children's emotions and try to gauge their needs before they put them into words.
My goal is not just to fulfill my duties as a nanny, but to be a true friend and support to the children, to create a space around me where each child feels that their emotions and needs are understood and respected.
