About me

Dear parents,

I started babysit when I was 15-16yo, when I mostly looked after my little cousins and my mum’s friend’s kids. Since that time I took care of a lot of children in different ages - from little 1month old babies to 11yo teenagers.
I don’t want this text to be so long and get you bored so I'll just write about those "more serious" babysitting experiences.
After I graduated at high school in 2016, thanks to this website I found a mum of twins. When I started working for them, they were just a month old. It was probably my most responsible and challenging job I've ever had but I loved it! I looked after them three-four times a week during the night. My task was to wash them and change their clothes if necessary, massage them, change diapers, assist with breastfeeding, preparing formula milk, feed them, make sure they burp after feeding, get them to sleep etc. I sadly needed to say them bye after 4months because I got the one year working holiday visa to Canada.
Although I didn't plan to babysit/be an au-pair in Canada, I got so lucky to live with two amazing families there and it made my Canadian year even more memorable.
In my first Australian family I took care of two boys - 3 and 5yo for approximately 15hours per week. They work from home so they wanted me to babysit mostly just when they wanted to go out so in most cases I made a dinner for boys, had a shower with them and read some books and put them into the bed.
In my second family I had a baby (again, yay!). I looked after her since her 4months to almost 9months for 40hours per week so this time I was a fulltime nanny. Except normal baby duties I helped her developing with some exercises, started to giving her solids and so on.

In my free time, I love taking photos, doing sports, being with friends and family, travelling, cooking and so many other things.
