About me
Jmenuji se Alena. Vystudovala jsem psychologii na Masarykově univerzitě a sháním příležitostné nebo pravidelné hlídání dětí.
S dětmi mám zkušenosti, byla jsem dobrovolnice v centru pro hendikepované děti. Pomáhala jsem jim rozvíjet hrubou i jemnou motoriku. Hráli jsme různé sportovní hry, při kterých se děti mimo jiné učili spolupracovat, komunikovat mezi sebou, ale i přijímat prohru. Také jsme společně kreslili, tvořili a v neposlední řadě chodili na krátké procházky i delší (půldenní) výlety.
Nyní pracuji v dětské skupině, kde máme děti od 14 měsíců do 3 let. Pomáhám dětem učit se sebeobsluze a základním návykům. Kreslíme a vytváříme, cvičíme jógu a učíme se básničky a písničky.
