About me

My name is Marie and I have a Bachelor’s degree in Molecular Biology. Even though my field of study does not involve childcare or education, I have been active in this area for quite a long time. It all started with taking care of my three younger siblings. During the COVID pandemic, I looked after and tutored nine-year-old twins while their parents were at work. Currently, I spend every summer working as a camp counselor and caregiver at a camp for both younger and older elementary school children. From these camps, I have experience planning full-day activities for kids.
In addition, for the past year, I have been regularly taking care of a three-year-old girl and a one-year-old boy every week. In another family, I look after a one-year-old girl.
I played the piano for seven years, I perform in an amateur theater group, and I enjoy doing sports.
