I have extensive experience in childcare, which I have been involved in since I was 13 years old. I started by babysitting for friends and neighbors, which allowed me to gain valuable experience and develop my skills in caring for children of various ages.

For the past 14 years, I have regularly attended a summer camp, where I have served as a camp leader for the last 4 years. This experience taught me how to organize and lead various activities for children, handle unexpected situations, and communicate effectively with both children and adults. Additionally, I am actively involved in a nonprofit organization focused on children, where I provide individual tutoring and organize extracurricular activities.

I also have practical experience working in a private daycare, where I cared for children aged 1 to 3 years. This job enriched me with new insights and skills necessary for caring for the youngest children.

I recently graduated from a Business Academy and am currently applying to Charles University to study Social Pedagogy. This course will provide me with a deeper understanding of pedagogy and social work with children, enabling me to further develop professionally in this field.

I enjoy spending time with children outdoors, where I use games to enhance their knowledge and skills. Children usually like me, which I attribute not only to my young age, which allows me to be closer to them, but also to my ability to maintain an adult demeanor and respect. I strive to be both an authority figure and a friend to the children, someone they can look forward to seeing and feel comfortable approaching.

I also have a younger sibling, which has taught me how to adapt to different age groups. I have no problem helping children with their homework and dedicating time to their education.

Overall, I believe that my experience and passion for working with children are a great asset, and I look forward to new challenges and opportunities in this field.
