About me

My name is Emma, and I am a student at the First Faculty of Medicine at Charles University. I am in my fourth year. My biggest hobby is sport! I play basketball and I also enjoy swimming, cycling, and running. My other hobbies are reading, traveling, and all kinds of art.
I have always had a good relationship with children, although I don't have much experience in babysitting as a job. However, I have frequently come into contact with children throughout my life. A few years ago, I coached a girls' basketball team aged 8-10 for a few months. Occasionally, I babysit children of our friends who are around 3 years old. However, I primarily work with older children. As part of projects organized by the First Faculty of Medicine, I regularly teach 8th and 9th graders. Therefore, I can handle "teenagers" as well 😉
I am adaptable to the needs of the parents and kids, we will surely find a way to communicate effectively. I enjoy working with children, and I have no problem with practically anything. If needed, I can also assist with schoolwork, help with assignments, or provide tutoring.

Nemám osobní zkušenosti s dětmi se speciálními potřebami, ale jsem student medicíny a teoretické znalosti mám, takže si určitě po podání informací od rodiče nějak poradím.

Angličtinu ovládám plynule, jsem schopná jí případně i doučovat. Němčinou se domluvím, ale nepoužívám jí tak často, tak jsem už spoustu toho pozapomněla, svojí úroveň bych odhadla tak na B1-B2.
