About me

Hi, I’m Markéta, artist and art teacher. I graduated in the Academy of Architecture, Art and Design in Prague and later pedagogical qualification studies. After my graduation I taught for 3 years weaving techniques in the school for students with a special needs. For 13 years I lived in Mexico, studied Spanish language in a local University and was giving art classes to adults and occasionally collaborated in children's art workshops.
I like working with children. Before studying at university, I worked in various places such as babysitting, a private kindergarten, etc.
Currently, I teach art and ceramic classes to children and occasionally babysit my friend’s little daughter who is just entering the first grade of elementary school. Together we go to the playground together, to culture events, to the library, we draw and create, we read books, talk and I help her with reading and writing. And all of that I can offer to your children. I will watch them, pick them up from kindergarten/school, go for a walk, to the playground, support their imagination and desire to create, and help with homework.
