Caring for children has been a part of my life since an early age – I first looked after my younger siblings and later also my cousins during family gatherings. I always enjoyed creating fun and creative programs for them, including outdoor games and arts and crafts activities. Over time, I also started babysitting for family friends – picking children up from kindergarten, going to the park with them, and helping with homework. I volunteered at the Jihlava International Documentary Film Festival, where I first assisted with the children’s program and later took full responsibility for it. I ensured both entertainment and safety for the children and handled crisis situations such as minor injuries or homesickness.
I also have experience working with children with ADHD and children on the autism spectrum, where I emphasize a patient, understanding, and calm approach. I treat every child individually, with respect and care, to make sure they feel safe and comfortable with me.
Although I don’t have a formal degree in education, I am deeply interested in child development, learning, and upbringing, and I actively educate myself on these topics. I enjoy playing board games, creating, and coming up with playful and educational activities for children both indoors and outdoors.
