About me
I graduated from a medical high school and worked as a registered nurse until 2001. Health, safety, and respect for each child’s individual needs are the foundation of my work.
For more than 30 years, I have been actively involved in personal development for individuals and groups. My long-term priority has been to support activities that lead to a joyful and healthy life – both physically and mentally.
I collaborated with the Albert Foundation, focusing on promoting healthy lifestyles and proper nutrition for preschool and school-aged children. Working with children’s groups helped me develop clear, simple, and respectful communication skills with children.
Currently, I work as a trainer and coach in the field of soft skills development, supporting teachers, students, and corporate teams. I teach stress management, respectful communication, and how to build healthy relationships.
I naturally bring all of these experiences into my work with children.
I am also a mother of an adult son.
