Sandra je velmi milá, komunikativní a sympatická paní s více než 12 lety zkušeností s péčí o děti. Vystudovala speciální pedagogiku a má bohatou praxi jak s běžnými dětmi, tak i s dětmi se znevýhodněním. Bez problémů zvládá péči o děti s ADHD, autismem či epilepsií, se kterou má i osobní zkušenost z nočního hlídání. Sedm let žila v Edinburghu, kde poslední rok pracovala ve školní družině na základní škole. Inspiraci ze zahraničí by ráda přenesla i do své práce tady. Po návratu působila v Montessori školce i škole, takže může nabídnout i respektující a Montessori přístup k dětem. Aktuálně má zkušenosti i z péče o seniory, což dále rozvíjí její empatii a trpělivost. Nejraději hlídá děti od 3 let a výše, přičemž má radši starší děti, ale zvládne i péči o miminka. Hlídání přes noc pro ni není problém. Ve volném čase ráda připravuje dětem různé aktivity a materiály, věnuje se kreslení a hudbě. Hraje na kytaru, handpan i velký buben a má zkušenosti i s muzikoterapií, kdy vedla programy pro děti ve školkách. Zvládne komunikovat i v angličtině, takže ráda pohlídá děti i v anglicky mluvící rodině nebo pomůže s úkoly. Najednou zvládne pohlídat až pět starších dětí a ke každému přistupuje individuálně, s respektem a pochopením.

You are at the sandpit with Anna enjoying not only playing at climbing frames but also making sand cakes. Anna is sitting calmly trying to prepare a confectionery pleasure. She is holding a sifter in her hand "sugaring" the sand cake. Suddenly, a little girl approximately at the same age comes to her, takes the sifter and is going to play with it herself. Anna is really unhappy and looks as she is going to cry. How are you going to solve the situation?

You have agreed with the parents they would come back home in the evening to make their daughter fall asleep. Half an hour before they should arrive, the desperate mother is calling you she has been stuck in traffic on the highway and they will certainly not be able to arrive on time. There is going to be a serious delay and there is nobody to substitute for them. Anna is quite tired of the all-day rollicking and she is asking for her parents.
