Working with children is something that gives me both purpose and energy. During my studies, I spent a lot of time in children’s groups, where I learned to understand that every child needs a slightly different approach, pace, and way of communication. At the organization Za sklem, I worked with children with specific disorders, which taught me greater patience, clear structure, and how important a calm, safe environment truly is. Children usually warm up to me quickly because I’m naturally empathetic, kind, and able to motivate them without pressure. I enjoy supporting their independence, teaching them new things, and watching how they gradually grow and develop. Reliability and teamwork are natural parts of how I work. Thanks to my English and German skills, I sometimes include simple words or phrases, which children see as a fun game. Caring for children is not just a job for me, it’s joy and a calling that I do wholeheartedly.
