Lukáš Č.

I am fifty years old and have been married for thirty years. I am the father of two adult children, aged 29 and 27, and I am currently also a grandfather of three grandchildren.

I have extensive experience working with children and young people. For twelve years, I worked as a youth football coach, where I trained and supported children and young athletes aged from six to eighteen. This experience provided me not only with knowledge of sports training, but above all with the ability to communicate with different age groups, motivate young people, lead teams, and support their personal development.

In addition to my coaching activities, I also led a football club at a primary school. I have also occasionally looked after children of my friends aged between six and fourteen, for whom I prepared sports, physical, and hands-on creative activities.

Working with children has always been something I truly enjoy. I believe in a responsible approach, patience, trust, and creating a safe and supportive environment where children can develop their abilities and confidence.
