Práci s dětmi se věnuji profesionálně od roku 2018. Mám zkušenosti s dětmi s různými individuálními potřebami i s lidmi s poruchou autistického spektra. Ke každému dítěti přistupuji individuálně – snažím se porozumět jeho potřebám, zájmům i způsobu, jakým komunikuje a poznává svět. Kombinuji respektující přístup s jasnými hranicemi a bezpečným rámcem, protože právě ten dětem umožňuje cítit se jistě a rozvíjet vlastní samostatnost. Velkou roli v mé práci hraje také kreativita, hra, otevřená komunikace a budování důvěryplného vztahu. Díky zkušenostem z Montessori i Scio školy vnímám každé dítě jako jedinečnou osobnost s vlastním tempem a potenciálem, který si zaslouží citlivě podporovat.
