Hello, my name is Šárka and caring for children has been my passion for over 20 years.
I graduated from the Secondary Pedagogical School in Beroun (specializing in pedagogical lyceum and childcare) and worked for 10 years as a teacher, after-school club supervisor, and teaching assistant at the Konečná Elementary School in Sedlčany. This has given me extensive experience with children of different ages, including those with special needs (autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, learning disabilities, hyperactivity, etc.).

For the past 16 years, I have been working as a nanny and housekeeper. I have cared for children ranging from a 3-month-old baby girl to a 1-year-old boy and a family with four children (boys aged 4 and 3, plus 1-year-old twins). I have a wide range of experience with newborns, toddlers, preschoolers, and school-age children. In addition to my school work, I have led summer camps for preschool children for three consecutive years in Veselí nad Lužnicí. I am currently organizing day camps and running the association Lesní klub ÚL.

I am flexible and can offer childcare in the mornings and on weekends, both regularly and on an ad-hoc basis. I have my own car, so picking up children from school or kindergarten and transporting them home is no problem. I follow the principles of attachment parenting and always adapt to the routines and customs of the family I work with. Pets in the household are not an issue, and I can also help with light household chores, such as ironing or cleaning, during the children's naps. I also love to cook and bake according to the family's preferences.

In my free time, I enjoy walking my dog, reading, and furthering my education in childcare. In 2017, I wrote a children's book of bedtime rhymes called Splétač snů (The Dream Weaver), and I am currently writing a new book for children.
