About me

My name is Mikoláš -> Miky. In 2024, I completed my university studies at FFUK in the field of Pedagogy, where I focused on the study of educational systems (the program mainly included developmental psychology, sociology, pedagogy, didactics, and philosophy), and my thesis dealt with attachement deprivation in children from children's homes, although I was originally interested in the influence of social constructs on the development of the value system of children and young people.I have worked in kindergartens, where communication with children is only in English, and every year I go to a summer camp in Switzerland where we only speak English with the children, who come from all over the world.
My greatest passions include music and sports—specifically playing the guitar and casually piano, CrossFit, yoga, and especially team sports. I am a great animal lover.
At the kindergarten/nursery, I was responsible for 8-16 children aged 1 to 7, so I have no problem changing diapers, feeding, or reading fairy tales. I would like to work for a family that requires an individual approach and communication in English or Czech language lessons. I have a basic knowledge of Turkish and Brazilian Portuguese—I would like to improve especially my Portuguese.
