Týnka mi pravidelně uklízí byt a jsem s jejím přístupem k práci maximálně spokojen. Vždy přichází přesně v dohodnutém čase, pracuje pečlivě a efektivně, dbá na každý detail a byt vždy zanechá čistý a uklizený. Oceňuji také její flexibilitu při domlouvání termínů a spolehlivost. Všem vřele doporučuji.

Nespolehlivost.

Dobrý den pane Mateji, je mi líto, že jste měl takový dojem. Ke spolupráci ani k žádné nesplněné povinnosti však vůbec nedošlo – v den, kdy jste mě kontaktoval, se mi zaplnila kapacita a nechtěla jsem slibovat termín, který bych nemohla zodpovědně dodržet. About me

Caring for others is a matter close to my heart. From a young age, I took care of my loved ones—my sick great-grandmother and later my grandmother after her surgery. I provided them with daily support: shopping, cleaning the house, cooking, accompanying them to the doctor, minor repairs, and gardening. A large part of my help also involved assisting with digital technologies – I helped with writing emails, navigating a PC, and using a smartphone. But spending time together was just as important to me – chatting, playing games, listening to music, or singing.

Thanks to these experiences, I know that it is not only practical help that is essential for a person, but also patience, human closeness, and the feeling that they can rely on someone.

I further expanded my skills during my professional internship, where I provided assistance to people with physical disabilities. I learned how to properly handle immobile people, how to be empathetic, and how to work in the field.

The time I spend with seniors and people with disabilities is enriching for me. It fulfills me to know that I can help make everyday life easier for older people, enable them to better navigate today's world, and give them back their joy and zest for life.
