To motivate and engage seniors, I take the time to learn about their interests and hobbies, and I adapt daily activities to match what brings them joy. This not only supports their emotional well-being but also encourages independence and participation in everyday life. Open and kind communication is essential so they always feel heard, respected, and valued.

I also adapt my care to each person's unique situation. Some may need physical assistance, while others benefit more from emotional or cognitive support. I always respect their dignity and personal rhythm, and I strive to promote their autonomy in all aspects of care.
