About me
My experience with seniors comes mainly from within my family, but one of those experiences was quite intensive. For about seven years, I took care of my ill grandmother, who struggled with everyday tasks due to chemotherapy. I accompanied her to medical appointments, cooked meals, helped her move around, or simply kept her company :)
There were times when I was with her every single day. We played trivia games, cards, enjoyed little treats together – anything that could lift her spirits and bring some positive distraction :)
