About me

I have experience with seniors from my internship in a retirement home and from my personal life, when I helped care for my grandfather from the first signs of dementia until the end. I’m happy to offer companionship, understanding, and a listening ear, and I’m also glad to help with basic self-care (meal preparation, accompanying someone to the doctor…). I was always taught to respect older people, and I know very well what it means to ‘treat people in a way that preserves their dignity and supports their independence.’ I also have experience operating a manual wheelchair.
