About me

I started taking care of seniors while I was studying at university, when I regularly visited my great-grandfather and helped him, and then I regularly helped a senior - the emeritus director of the Primary School. As a volunteer, I have been participating in the Beauty of Mature Age programs for seniors across the Czech Republic for over 18 years. Seniors appreciate my empathy, kind approach and anticipation of what they need, and a proactive approach to how I can help them. They value my knowledge of history and respect for them and our skilled and hardworking ancestors, without whom we would not be here. They appreciate the responsibility that when helping with their household, I respect that each thing has its traditional place, and that is why I always ask where everything belongs, what they need help with, etc.
