About me

Hello,
my name is Nikola and I am a big animal lover.

I have had dogs, hamsters, fish, a coral reef fish, parakeets, hedgehogs, but since I live in Prague for my studies, I can't have any pets.

Pets have always brought me comfort and joy in life, so I would like to look after some animals now, so that I can at least pet them and play with them.

I have been looking after my neighbors' pets since I was little. I also walked the dogs (the owners always let me know when, what and how it was needed and I have never received any complaints about my work).
I have already looked after dogs, cats, chickens, hamsters, a cockatiel and a parrot.

Pet owners always show me or write me a description/list of how they would like to look after their pets, what time of day to give them what medication, etc., and then I just follow that description/list.
I always follow exactly what the owner tells me and if the animal becomes unwell, I immediately contact the owner and go to the vet.

I don't have much experience with animals with special needs, but I'd love to learn the necessary experience.

What I would like to know about the of the dog/pet

About pets with special needs:

I was taking care of a hyperactive dog and his owners requested long walks, so I did that. I threw him his favorite disc on the way and when I returned it to the owners, he always went to lie down and rest immediately, which I consider a success.

I also took care of a dog that had a cloudy eye, so I bandaged it as needed. Or I gave him pills wrapped in some kind of candy for dogs, always at the time he was supposed to take it.

What I would always like to know about your pet:

General info like how big he is, how he gets along with other animals, if he is aggressive, if he has any special needs, what his habits are, any brief plan/advice that I would follow.

Availability

Pracovní dny od 13:00 do 18:00-19:00, víkendy a svátky od 9:00-19:00, popřípadě přes noc mohu kdykoliv.
Co se týče hlídání mazlíčka, vždy si na něj dokážu najít aspoň 1 hodinu denně.
