About me

I’ve had a dog practically my whole life, she was part of our family even before I was. I loved helping with her and taking her on walks, always protecting her from playground bullies. In the last year, I’ve been petsitting my brother’s kitty, whenever they go on vacation, and also, occasionally, his dog(labrador). I do not have professional experience petsitting otherwise, but the more I am willing to learn and moreover I really like helping :)

What I would like to know about the of the dog/pet

A short (under an hour to two hours) petsitting or walking is better, preferably in the afternoon/evening(I’m still a student), it can be done differently sometimes too. I like both shy cats and dogs, that need their space, and friendly ones that need lots of pats and attention. I do not feel confident taking care of a pet that is aggressive or in heat.

With petsitting/walking the most important thing is communication between us, I need to know exactly what you want and need, the commands necessary, the habits of your pet, where to find what, who to contact in case of a crisis(number for the vet) etc. Of course I would reciprocate the communication (let you know how your pet is doing if you want etc.).
