I grew up living with a bunch of cats, and there was always at least one Bernese Mountain Dog running around our house—they were an integral part of our family and our pack. I’ve dedicated the past year to caring for our beloved 11-year-old senior Bernese Mountain Dog. She was unable to walk for a year, and yet it was the best and most meaningful year I spent with her. So I have experience caring for senior dogs as well, and I know what their calm and gentle nature deserves and requires. That wild & youthful puppy energy is absolutely disarming. and I love it too!
