Paní Hana měla přijít na schůzku, abychom se domluvili na pravidelné uklízení. Nepřišla, telefon nezvedala, na sms neodpověděla, zpět se neozvala. Bohužel máme tedy zkušenost jen s nedodržením domluveného.
