Physical education is one of the most important subjects in school because it focuses on health, which is essential for a happy life. Regular exercise and sports from a young age help kids stay physically healthy and improve their mental well-being.
As a qualified physical education teacher, I want to help your child develop a love for sports and staying active. My goal is to encourage kids to lead an active lifestyle, build their self-confidence, and support their overall growth.
With my experience in physical education, I offer a personal approach to each child. Together, we can work on improving their physical skills, health, and happiness.
I have a recognized diploma from Charles University in "Teaching Physical Education and Sports, Kinanthropology." I also have a swimming instructor and lifeguard course (autumn 2024) and an unconfirmed diploma in aerobics.
Aňa je skvělá paní. Pohodová, nic ji nerozhází a vše vydrží :). Mluvím z pohledu toho, že máme 3 tři kluky (9,10,11). Ráda hraje stolní hry a je sportovně nadaná a bude si smysluplně hrát s dětmi celý den. Moc jí doporučujeme.
