Je zodpovědná, dochvilná, na všem se s ní dá jednoduše domluvit. Syn si ji zamiloval od prvního dne - lépe řečeno momentu, co k nám přišla a není se čemu divit. U Cilky totiž neplatíte jen za "hlídačku" dětí, ale profesionální chůvu, která vaše dítě vede, vzdělává, přizpůsobuje aktivity zájmům a temperamentu dítěte.
Dodržuje vámi stanovená pravidla, ale zároveň umí improvizovat a přizpůsobit se náhlým situacím s naprostou lehkostí. Je znát, že má děti opravdu ráda. Ve dnech, co se o syna stará, nemám sebemenší pochyby nebo starosti, jak se mu daří. Reaguje pružně i na nemoci a komunikuje, co se ten den dělo bez příkras.
Cilka je prostě skvělá a opravdu ji mohu s radostí doporučit dál. :)”
