About me

I was very fond of my late grandfather, the only one I ever knew. I was also blessed with a « heart grandmother », whom behaved towards me as if I was her own biological granddaughter, and whom opened for me a wealth of possibilities through her tenderness, warmheartedness, clearness of mind, joy of living, which are qualities I didn’t have the opportunity to observe and absorb in my own family. As a young adult I then started to get the nicest relationships to elderly people through practicing Buddhism in a very family-like community. Going out of the city into living in the countryside, I then got to know a slower lifepace which allowed me to bond and work with local elders. I discovered in wonder some of the wisdom they developed throughout their life, and the knowledge that was passed on to them from generation to generation, which is something quite foreign to my biological family where connections are fragmented. Since I entered motherhood, I became even more grateful for elders and felt the urge for this generation to connect with my child. We have been blessed with the nicest encounters with foster grandmothers and grandfathers along our way and would love to give that quality and warmth back, taking care of and being present for someone in need. I would provide this service accompanied by my six years old girl (if she isn't at school), who is a sensitive, finely perceiving, and a loving being. We prioritize people who value our presence and what we have to offer while with them over watching television or other screen.
I am open to learn if there are any special needs, after clear communication and mutual agreement about it.
It is worth mentioning that I have experience living with and caring for mentally ill and disturbed people due to early trauma and attachment disorder. You're welcome to reach out in order to discuss your specific needs.
