About me

My name is Terka, and I offer assistance and care for seniors with a patient, respectful, and compassionate approach. It is important to me that everyone feels dignified, safe, and at ease.

I graduated from a secondary pedagogical school (pedagogical lyceum) and a higher vocational school specializing in special education. I will soon be starting college, where I will study psychology. Thanks to this, I have not only theoretical knowledge but also a sensitive approach to the individual needs of each person.

During my studies, I completed internships at various facilities, including a diagnostic institute, educational institutions, and the Jedlička Institute, where I gained experience caring for people with specific needs. I have learned patience, empathy, and the ability to adapt to the client’s current condition and needs.

I am happy to assist with everyday activities such as accompanying clients, organizing leisure time, helping with household chores, or providing basic care. Respect for the client’s privacy and wishes is a given for me.

I am reliable, calm, and responsible. I strive to create a pleasant atmosphere and to be not only a source of help but also pleasant company.

Lyžařský, turistický a plavecký kurz s certifikátem. Certifikát na plánování vícedenních akcí a na pobyty s dětmi v přírodě. Certifikát znalosti anglického jazyka. Dále mám certifikát na vedení a dozor dětských skupin a družin.
