About me

My name is Kateřina, and I am a student at the University of Economics in Prague. I study Arts Management, and I enjoy culture and spending time with friends.

I have been involved in scouting (Junák, český skaut) for fourteen years, actively leading a group of kids for five years. This included planning regular meetings for children aged six to fifteen. I still participate as a leader in three-week summer camps.

I occasionally babysit two children (3 and 5 years old) since March 2022. In the evenings, I've also looked after other children, all under 10 years old. I have experience with toddlers from working as a caregiver for a nonprofit organization focusing on foster care children.

I prefer babysitting in the evenings when parents want to go to the theater or have some time for themselves. Occasionally, I am willing to babysit during the day. Everything is negotiable!

Studuji umění a kulturu a mám několikaleté zkušenosti s kreslením, malováním, keramikou a podobnými kreativními činnostmi. Umím hrát na zobcovou flétnu a na kytaru.

Čeština, English, French, and Slovak

Mluvím česky na úrovni rodilé mluvčí. Odmaturovala jsem z angličtiny na výbornou, můj level je B2-C1. Učím se jako začátečník francouzsky, ale spíš volnočasově, zvládnu základní komunikaci. Rozumím slovensky. Doučovat bych si troufla český a anglický jazyk na úrovni základní školy.

Certification

Oficiální certifikáty nemám, ale na dětském táboře jsem dělala zdravotnickou výpomoc s méně závažnými problémy (klíšťata, bolesti, naraženiny, lehká zranění). Jsem schopná provést první pomoc, mám s tím osobní zkušenosti z dlouholeté skautské praxe.
