About me

Hi, my name is Kateřina. I am a 20-year-old student at the University of Economics and I have recently moved to Prague. I have two cats at home, which I miss enormously, so I took the possibility of having another contact with pets. Ever since I was a kid, I had guinea pigs, hamsters, a hedgehog, cats, a dog, and even fish. My grandmother and I used to take out dogs from the shelter and I always enjoyed it a lot. If I got to take care of a dog (or a cat, mine is taught to leash!), I would go to the parks with it, which would be great for both the dog and me. Studying is challenging and walking is something I love to do to clear my head. I live in Žižkov and we have more than enough parks here!

What I would like to know about the of the dog/pet

We took care of a poodle at home, so I prefer smaller breeds of dogs. If it is a larger dog, it does not matter, but it must be used to strangers and ideally non-conflicting. I would appreciate him getting along with other dogs so that I don't have to worry about him unnecessarily when we go out. I am not able to take care of dogs for a longer period of time due to having no experience with it!
If you have a cat, I can even look after it for a longer period of time, or I can go anywhere to feed/cuddle it. I can take it to the vet, keep it at my flat, or anything else.

Čeština, English, French, and Slovak

Mluvím česky na úrovni rodilé mluvčí. Odmaturovala jsem z angličtiny na výbornou, můj level je B2-C1. Učím se jako začátečník francouzsky, ale spíš volnočasově, zvládnu základní komunikaci. Rozumím slovensky. Doučovat bych si troufla český a anglický jazyk na úrovni základní školy.

Certification

Oficiální certifikáty nemám, ale na dětském táboře jsem dělala zdravotnickou výpomoc s méně závažnými problémy (klíšťata, bolesti, naraženiny, lehká zranění). Jsem schopná provést první pomoc, mám s tím osobní zkušenosti z dlouholeté skautské praxe.
