“S Vlaďkou jsme spolupracovali od června 2025, kdy jsme hledali chůvu pro naši šestiměsíční dceru na jeden den v týdnu. Vybrali jsme si ji na základě velmi pozitivních referencí, a hlavně ústního pohovoru, který nás přesvědčil, že si budeme rozumět. V současnosti již dcera navštěvuje dětskou skupinu, ale pokud budeme potřebovat hlídání, ona bude naše první volba.
Vlaďka je profesionální. Je velmi dochvilná, spolehlivá, pečlivá a zodpovědná. V případě, kdy jsme potřebovali změnit termín hlídání, nebo dcerku vyzvednout na jiném místě, vždy se nám dokázala přizpůsobit a snažila se vyjít vstříc. Nikdy se nestalo, že by na domluvené hlídání přišla pozdě, byla nemocná, nebo ho nečekaně zrušila. Je velmi milá, trpělivá a obětavá. Velmi mě uklidňovalo, že byla celou dobu na telefonu a mohla jsem se kdykoli ujistit, že je vše v pořádku. K dceři ale i nám rodičům, má velmi citlivý přístup, rozpozná, co v danou chvíli dcera chce a potřebuje. Prostě věděla, jak na ni. Ta si ji také hned oblíbila a pro mě bylo velmi osvobozující odcházet do práce bez dětského pláče. Vlaďka se drží dohodnutých pravidel a nezpochybňuje je, nevnucuje svůj pohled. Ocenila jsem její zkušenosti, když jsem si v nějakém aspektu výchovy nebyla jistá a poprosila o radu.
Vlaďku tak mohu každému bez váhání vřele doporučit. Vaše ratolesti zanecháte v dobrých rukách. Její jedinečný přístup a úžasná podpora jsou přínosem pro život každého dítěte a rodiny!”
